{November 28, 2011}   2011 Soul Train Award Winners

On November 17, the 2011 Soul Train Awards were taped, and finally aired last night on BET.

The 2011 Soul Train Awards was a night to remember! Cedric the Entertainer hosted the show,  and it was jam-packed with exciting performances from singers such as Marsha Ambrosius, Lloyd, Tamar Braxton and others.

Chris Brown and Beyonce led the pack with four nominations, but each took only one award home. Beyonce won for "Best Dance Performance," while Chris Brown won for "Album of the Year" for his album, "F.A.M.E."

Teen country music sensation Taylor Swift has released a new music video for her song ‘Love Story’ which is the first official single off of her sophomore studio effort ‘Fearless’. Here’s the chorus to the song so you can sing along if you hear it or see the video: “Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone/I’ll be waiting, all there’s left to do is run/You be the prince and I’ll be the princess/It’s a love story, baby, just say yes.” By the way, the guy in the video is ‘Nashville Star’ contestant Justin Gaston.
